The One-Woman AI Stack: How to Build Bigger Without Hiring Bigger

For a long time, staying a non-technical solo founder meant choosing between growth and sanity. You could stay small and keep control, or hire before you were ready and spend your days managing instead of building. That tradeoff has changed. Over the past year, I moved from entrepreneur and executive coach into AI founder, including participating in a Meta + gener8tor accelerator. I was surrounded by founders thinking about scale, funding, product, and growth, and I made a deliberate choice to remain a solo founder. Instead of treating “hire someone” as the only way to grow, I built the stack: landing pages, dashboards, go-to-market systems, client training, content, and AI-powered tools, designed and integrated by me. I still run Socratyc on my own, on purpose, and the business is bigger for it. In this session for female founders and entrepreneurs, I’ll share ways I used Lovable to build websites and client tools without a developer, what helps with writing and follow-up, how I capture meetings so nothing lives only in my head, how I practice high-stakes conversations before I have them, and what quietly keeps operations moving in the background. I’ll also share what worked, what I abandoned, what wasn’t worth the money, and where I still wish I had a person. You’ll leave with a practical picture of what a one-woman AI stack can look like, a short list of where to start based on where your business is today, and a different way to think about scaling: you don’t have to build a bigger team to build a bigger business.
